Unzipped Lips: Indie Animation

Synopsis: A citizen's identity is forcibly revealed by an authority that seeks to subjugate them. When their true face is revealed and lies spill from their unzipped lips, this lone freedom fighter uses the very chains that bind them to enact their revenge.

This is an indie animation I made in a month in 2024 for the Advanced Animation course at Ramapo College of New Jersey. I used semiotics to connect the imagery of zippers to oppression and identity.
