Benthic Buccaneer: Scyllarus

Another villian design for Benthic Buccaneer, this one is for the mad doctor Roentgen Scyllarus. I was mostly inspired by mantis shrimps for this one, did alot of research into the color spectrum and visible light and whatnot, super interesting stuff. So I thought it would be cool if the mantis shrimp scientist went insane from "hearing color", will definetly be fleshing this one out a bit more.
